Our Managing Partner, Caroline Berube, is a practising Notary Public appointed by the Singapore Academy of Law.
As a Notary Public, our firm assists clients with the notarisation of documents, including (but not limited to):
- Notarising and attesting the execution of documents, including powers of attorney, contracts, and corporate resolutions;
- Certifying true copies of documents, such as passports, academic certificates and company records;
- Administering oaths and affirmations, and attesting affidavits and statutory declarations, for use in foreign jurisdictions;
- Preparing notarial certificates confirming the identity, capacity or authority of signatories; and
- Assisting with the authentication of notarised documents, including Apostille and legalisation through the Singapore Academy of Law and the relevant foreign embassies or consulate.
