Our Managing Partner, Caroline Berube, is a practising Commissioner for Oaths authorised by the Singapore Academy of Law.
As a Commissioner for Oaths, our firm assists clients in all aspects of Commissioning services, including (but not limited to):
- Preparing and attesting affidavits/exhibits for use, amongst other things, court proceedings in Singapore; and
- Preparing and attesting statutory declarations for submission to local authorities in Singapore; and
- All manner of certifications / witnessing of documents/acts for use in Singapore.
