Caroline Berube, Managing Partner of HJM Asia Law, co-chair of the IBA China Working Group, is happy to announce the publication of the second newsletter of the China Working Group (“CWG”)! Caroline thanks all IBA-CWG contributors, together with her co-chair, David Liu (JunHe LLP, Shanghai), their editor, Dominic Hui (Ribeiro Hui, HK) for the superb work.
