Caroline Berube, Managing Partner of HJM Asia Law and  co-chair the IBA China Working Group (“CWG”) with David Liu (Partner at JunHe LLP) are pleased with the release of the IBA CWG’s first newsletter of  2020!  The newsletter covers important legal developments in China as follows: “Alipay and the impact of e-payment systems resulting in new regulations in China and other jurisdictions”, “Compliance requirements and regulatory trends in cross-border transfers of personal information in China”, etc..
